I had an excellent experience working with Sam Castello and his assistant Brooke Hubbard. Sam discussed with me our various loan options. His thoroughness helped us select the best loan for our financial needs. Sam was very responsive to any questions I had regarding the loan, usually responding within minutes. Brooke walked me through the electronic signing process. She also called several times to verify we had received pertinent emails related to our loan.
