I recently moved into my new apartment and needed a few maintenance issues resolved. I’m appreciative for the great work completed by Luis. He did an excellent job addressing these requests with professionalism, efficiency, and a great attitude throughout the process. He carefully reversed the refrigerator doors, making sure everything was aligned perfectly. He also replaced a leaky gas valve and gas line safely. Though the stove and oven needed deep professional cleaning, he attempted to clean the stove and oven as best he could. He replaced damaged blinds and window screen and took care of multiple paint touch-ups around the unit. In addition, he installed missing door stoppers. We have been living in one of their units for a few months. The maintenance team has been very slow and inefficient so far. They say we are supposed to submit a request online and they will take care of it, but it takes a few days for them to assign it to someone. I have had a very serious request for a gas leak sitting in their system for days; after a few days, they said they have to assign it to a vendor, which made the process even slower. Overall, almost all maintenance requests need a lot of annoying back-and-forth calls. It has been a very disappointing experience

I currently have a dead mouse in my unit and have no idea when it will be removed. !!!! It’s Saturday, the leasing offices are closed, and no one from management answers the phone. This is after weeks of an unresolved mouse infestation. Being left with a dead animal in my home is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. The lack of emergency response and accountability is alarming. This situation should never happen to a resident.

Valeria Martínez is the best! She helped me get my apartment, and helped me with all my questions, she replied right away, and you can see she’s one of the few agents that still cares, and likes her job, I truly had the best experience with her , and with all my process!
