Pros: Location Cons: Everything else. Buildings are old, divided piecemeal across various property mgmt companies. Cars get broken into. And there's been an increase in suspicious foot traffic & drugs. Will get worse once the burnt building (Building B) gets finished. There's no pool anymore btw The road in (Fuller Ave) is full of potholes that will damage your car. Neither surrounding landlords or the city will fix it.

This place survives on being a decent location and nothing else, it's run down, building C was built in the 70s and it shows, building A and B HAVE BOTH BURNT DOWN before, B is still under construction after 3+ years. Roads are full of potholes. Bob the Maintenance/security guy? ( Tbh idk what he does) Is rude and condescending with every interaction. Review going back many years mention how awful this man is. Building management has swapped hands a few times but Letty is very nice and great to talk to. Even once the construction on building B is finished I don't think this place will be as good as it once was to live in. And for God sake put in a good fire detection and suppression system in every building. It's CLEARLY needed and they only get around it because the buildings were orig

This place is only good for location. Honestly, the rooms in building C on the lower floor will give you a hard time. You literally feel and hear the train pass all the time. Also, the buildings plumbing is pretty old. I had carpet in my kitchen, which is weird. The landscaping is nice, but when it comes to building maintenance...well that's a different story. For the past few days I had to go to the second floor because the first floor door knob hasn't been repaired. The security systems will get you frustrated after awhile because you can find yourself waiting outside because they fobs don't work. Fuller Ave has a crap load of pot holes. For the residents, well depending on you location you could either have a quiet neighbor or people stomping at 2:00 am! Your liking depends solely on h

I’m sad to leave this honest review because I lived at Incline Terrace between 2017 and 2021. Before going further I would say if David Tanner is still the president of the HOA run away fast. I thought Dave would be a good owner because of his position, but upon me moving out leaving the unit in pristine condition and having video evidence of the move out process, Dave is claiming that I owe additional money. This man violated 24 hour notice policies on multiple occasions and is known for harassing tenants. If this was known to me at the time I would look anywhere else. I will update this review as the situation develops. Be safe. Avoid at all costs unless you want Dave in your apartment at night. Buy extra locks. Further, two of the three buildings have burnt down in the past 12 years.

Parking is an absolute nightmare! Each tenant is supposed to get their own spot but I was NEVER able to park in the spot I paid for! I would call and let them know that someone was in my spot and they would just leave a note on their car? What’s that going to do? Nothing? This place is overpriced for how rundown it is and management isn’t the best. When we moved in we had problems with our unit that they said they would fix but a year later and they still didn’t fix it. The only good thing about this place is the view. And that’s only if your porch is facing west.
