We had such a wonderful experience with INB Homes and our builder, Joshua. From start to finish, the entire process was fast, smooth, and genuinely pleasant. Joshua was always professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made a huge difference throughout the build. INB Homes was also very reasonable when it came to pricing and worked with us fairly when discussing adjustments. We truly appreciate how accommodating and straightforward they were. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our new home and the service we received—highly recommend INB Homes and Joshua to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free home-building experience!

Everybody has been really nice since we bought 6 months ago. However I’ve owned new homes before and have NEVER had to make as many service requests as I have this time. The worst has been the issue with the oven that some others have already complained about. Appliance techs have been here 3 times, electrician 3 times. The stove was replaced by the same model and it’s doing the same thing. I was told to call Whirlpool myself. They are coming today. Let’s see what happens with that. But the other major issue is the floor. Obviously the concrete slab was not level. The floor was not floated before the vinyl flooring was put down. Don't Do It! Don't Do It! I’m an easy mark for them. I’m a widow in my 70’s who bought an INB home for a fresh start. Sadly, I was met with bullying tactics so alarming that I had to hire an attorney to protect my warranty rights. You’re not immune. Bullying and intimidation are how INB operates. You may be OK as long as you never file a warranty claim - the warranty they make you pay $600 for. But something will go wrong and you’ll need to. When I moved in on 12/26, the master toilet was making a sick gurgling sound and wouldn’t drain. Sensing that a warranty claim during the holidays could be troublesome, I waited until 12/30. We like everyone we deal with Mario, Frankie, seem very nice but we just get the run around for almost one year without a working oven. The electrician blames the oven company the oven company blames the electrician. They just wash their hand of you once you give them your money.

Dark Mark, On behalf of myself and many others, I would like to give you a bit of advice; if you’re looking for respect, make sure your customers are getting it first. If INB Homes wants respect, don’t hire men who like to get in women’s faces and try to intimidate them. If it’s respect you want, perhaps you should finally fix the long list of issues that your workers have been aware of for more than two months including the mold that your VP said we could just simply “wipe off”. If you want respect, don’t point blame at the woman after a man is in her face yelling, cursing and trying to intimidate her while she’s walking to the mailbox, alone.
