IMT Woodland Meadows

As a young adult and first time renter, IMT provided excellent service and communication! Kelli made our tour an exceptional experience. The tour confirmed that we would apply. The application process was very straightforward and simple. Maria was communicative and helpful in terms of understanding the agreements and requirements. Both Kelli and Maria were so polite and helpful our entire move in process and even after moving in. Maintenance has been done by Miguel, and he is super helpful and quick at fixing the small issues we had. Everyone at the apartment is lovely and nice and has made this experience very easy and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at IMT Woodlands meadows!

I recently moved into these apartments and have had a fantastic experience so far. The Management (Kelli Wood) is incredibly welcoming, and the apartments are clean and well- maintained. The community is calm and quiet, and i love having the basketball court as an amenity. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to live. Thanks once again Kelli.

I lived here for 2 years. Pros: All the staffs are amazing, kelli is super helpful, maintenance was on time. Cons: If you are going to pay a-lot of money make sure you get into an apartment which has new appliances. All the appliances here were rusty and pretty old, Bathroom became moldy within 6 months of living there, I did see dead roaches on moving in, and few coming out of the sink, kids make alot of noise, even at night after 8. There’s a lot of wasps outside, we couldn’t stand outside on our own patio for even 10 mins. Overall not a great place to live for the amount I paid.

Living here gives a sense of peace. Being able to come home after work to a cozy home & to fish at the end of the day. Can't get better than that.

Hopped by looking for a one bedroom apartment. When I entered the leasing office building there was no one there. I stood in the lobby for about three minutes before one of the ladies came back from somewhere. I told her why I’m here and she immediately replied and said that they do not have any available one bedroom apartment for the upcoming month. So there was not much for me to do there.
