IMT Lake Mary

Community :This apartment is on a quiet, tree-lined block, conveniently close to good schools, shopping areas and hospitals. The frequent police presence adds a sense of security without feeling overbearing. Although I have never used the amenities I often passed and seen other residents enjoying them. I did one full lease term, and I have only seen the gate inoperable once for more than a day. Staff: Cleaning crew takes good care of the building. The maintenance team was friendly and responsive. The property manager, Tim, is very professional and friendly as well, he handled my final inspection fairly. Overall, the staff is polite.

I recently toured some apartments at IMT and can confidently say this is one of the most well managed and up kept complexes I’ve ever seen. Every single staff member I interacted with was very kind. Miguel was my leasing agent/tour guide and I only have positive things to say. I came in with no knowledge on the complex and became a resident a week after. The information shared during the tour with Miguel was the primary reason I signed a lease so quick.

I came in out of the blue for information and Cameron went above and beyond with assisting me. He gave me a fully comphrensive tour and was very kind and helpful. Beautiful campus and a kind staff is a winning combo. Heavily considering living here in the near future.

IMT Lake Mary has been a great experience the first few days I’ve been here! Miguel at the leasing office demonstrated exceptional relationship management skills and showed genuine interest in making sure our experience here was great. Happy to call this place my home and everyone has been very friendly and welcoming.

My fiance, Daniel and I visited IMT a couple of week ago. It was a wonderful experience and beautiful property. Miguel did fantastic with the tour, and was knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire time we were there. Thank you Miguel and IMT. You guys are awesome!
