The experience has been TOP notch start to finish! Jazmyn = amazing. She has answered every question in a timely and concise fashion. She helped me navigate the process without issue. Move in day was amazing and effortless. I really appreciate the time and attention I’ve received since moving in! The property is quiet, well maintained and up to my standards! I am very happy so far and looking forward to all of the resident events this year!

I have just recently moved into IMT and I have to say it has been a seamless experience. I had many worries and questions but working with Jazmyn was an absolute breath of fresh air. Not only was she a huge part of ensuring I secured the home of my choice, but Kyla was also always open to answering all 1000 of my questions. For that I will always be thankful and grateful for their patience! I truly have no words for how grateful I am for them, and the fact that they continuously check on me even during my time here is always a treat. So happy to call IMT my new home!

I moved to Nashville for graduate school for the last 16 months and IMT was the perfect choice. The neighborhood is in a great spot. Maintenance is super quick and helpful and so is the leasing office. Most of all, I never felt unsafe which I was worried about moving by myself to a city where I didn’t know anyone or know my way around. Will miss living there. Great place

Just moved here about two months ago and I love it! The amenities are great and everything is always clean. The leasing office is so responsive, especially Jazmyn Burtes!! She has been so helpful throughout the moving process! Never had a better leasing agent!
