IMT Desert Ridge

Staff is nice, Apartments are comfy, the Marquis Apartments has a lot of great accommodations to have a fun time at home. The pool is big and very relaxing, the gym has a lot of options for work out, and there is always good music playing. We're trying out the ClubHouse for the first time today, it looks very nice and big on the inside! We have great views from our patio and could even see Fireworks from our patio on Fourth of July.

I would definitely recommend living her. The maintenance staff are amazing and respond quickly to issues. Leo is the best and always communicates when the issue will be fixed and how long it will take. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and put on great resident events. Brittany and Graciela are always extremely helpful if any concern comes up and gets back to me quickly. On top of that, this is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants and I love the walking trail right by my building.

living in this area has always been a dream of mine and i take my apartment hunting very seriously! i was blessed with such a professional approach from leasing consult Xavier. He help by providing and answering everything i needed to make this transition smooth. Looking forward to an awesome living experience with IMT. Honestly this gotta be the best community I’ve ever lived in! It’s safe, up kept, and prices can’t be beat! The staff remains very professional and polite. All of my maintenance requests were always taken care of promptly and again, the staff always seemed happy to help.

Tatiana has made living here such an amazing experience! She completes all my service request super fast and with excellent quality. IMT is super luck to have such a quality employee such as her!
