IMT Alpharetta

I lived in this community for almost four years, and my experience was excellent from beginning to end. From day one, I felt truly welcomed thanks to the wonderful management team — especially Quimoni and Shamara — who were always kind, attentive, and professional. They made sure every resident felt heard and well taken care of, always responding with a smile and great attitude. I also want to give special recognition to the maintenance team: D, AJ, Daniel, and Ulises. Their work was outstanding throughout my entire stay. They always responded quickly, efficiently, and with great respect. Beyond their excellent work, their friendly and genuine attitude made the place feel like home. Awesome community to live. Management is very friendly and very helpful. Ground staffs are really helpful, they don’t hesitate to help. Especially Uli helped us very much. Never saw such good people anywhere I stayed.

My experience at IMT Alpharetta has been great so far. The move in process has been very easy. I put in a maintenance request the other day and everything was taken care of the same day by AJ. Very happy with the results.

Have had a bad experience with my security deposit with IMT Alpharetta not being paid back as I was made to assume to be within the 60 day notice period and this is the message I was conveyed all through and never bought to my attention that 9 day earlier move out is going to be charged a full pro rated rent which almost made me pay $900, this in a way is not right or ethical and was pointed back to my lease contract which someway says irrespective of any thing said and done if I move out earlier even by a day, I end up paying more. This can definitely bring in attention to a lot of people and just letting the people know on how eventually for a contract sake we end up being fooled

A.J. was the technician who came to our apartment this time. IMT provides great service—every request is usually resolved within a few hours. The community is clean, and I really appreciate the management’s support.
