IMT Ahwatukee

I do not live here yet! I am reviewing the application process. So far, management has been spectacular. Laine is absolutely AMAZING. I had a friend who lived here for 5 years and only left because she could not long afford it after her roommate left and said she loved living here and would go back if she could. I went in and toured with Laine and she is the biggest sweetheart. The process was seemless. I was approved the next day and the longest process was waiting for my current property to submit my proof of residency. I am very excited to live here! The property is beautiful and seems very chill and peaceful!

My girlfriend and I were moving from out-of-state so we had to lease sight unseen but so far so good! The apartment was clean and the leasing process itself was really easy thanks to Laine's help. She went above and beyond to take in-depth pictures of multiple units for us and maintained clear communication throughout the process. We had a few things that needed to be fixed in our unit and Alex in maintenance made quick work of everything and was really kind and helpful in explaining things. We had a water heater that needed to be replaced, I assume it just went out because it was old, and within 2 hours Alex had it replaced and we had hot water again. Overall it's been an absolute pleasure so far, and I'm sure it will continue this way.

We lived here for 5 wonderful years! (Our family grew and we needed more space. Otherwise we would have stayed) The staff is amazing! I loved these woman! They truly care about making u happy and never had an unpleasant experience with them! They were especially sweet to my kids! 🤗 I really appreciated that! The maintenance guys are great too! The pools are nice and landscaping is always pristine. I really can't think of any negatives. My kids absolutely loved living there and so did we! I have nothing but good things to say! Great location, close to literally everything! Nice front office and great amenities. I have and always will recommend IMT! So many great memories there. It was a great home to us! ♡

This is an awesome apartment complex with a lot of great usable amenities! The pickleball court and pools are nicely maintained and very fun. Everyone I have met has been super nice as well and have been living here for a long time. Maintenance is always very timely and fixes things before you even notice they had time to come! Would recommend living here!

I’m thankful for my new comfortable and nice home! I was looking for it for so long. I’m a visual person. I need to come and see, and feel it! So I made a list of 30 different places. Out of 30 I took 12. IMT was 9th on the list! Wish I would came at first place here, it would save me a lot of time and gass! 😀 I’ve with Karen! And I’m happy it was her! Thanks for taking care of me and providing with all information! I love my new apartment! Everything so far so good! My update after almost 3 months at IMT: I would like to say thank you to all maintenance staff! Guys, you are simply the best! All my requests very complicated very fast! So far I’m happy I’ve chose this place to live!
