Great in the beginning, until they get your money. horrible customer service and communication. Worked with David Lippa who doesn’t return calls, who is rude and demeaning and delivered a defective product, now we are stuck with an unexpected tens of thousands of dollars to fix their mistakes! And the owner of the company Ken Sempler never even responded to our concerns, he’s all over LinkedIn telling people what a wonderful modular home company it is. Don’t be deceived! Do your homework! STAY CLEAR if you want a good home! UPDATE: our wood floors that were put down throughout the house are now coming up and separating in several areas because they were installed in properly. I recently built a house using impress modular. I worked with David Lippa for over a year designing the house. He was great to work with and every time I had an idea he walked me through why it would or wouldn't work. He also took the time to look through my contract with my general contractor and advised me on certain language that should be added. His expertise and thoughtfulness saved us tens of thousands of dollars with because of language he advised us to put in the contract. We were able to customize our home from top to bottom and the house is beautiful. We have now been living in the home for several months and the build quality is great. We have had only very minor issues and their customer service dept. is top notch. They will send out replacement items same day, no questions ask

I honestly CANNOT tell you how many times I've called to coordinate with David (the home sales rep)---I've left message after message after message. At one point, I managed to speak with his administrative assistant (she was very nice) and she assured me that the message would be delivered to him---but that he was very busy from Maine to Pennsylvania. I've contacted the main office in West Virginia mulitple times---the receptionists have always been professional, kind and nice---I've asked them to ask David (or begged to speak with someone else) to call me back and to pass along my messages. I have to assume the messages were delivered. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero. And that about sums up my value in this company. If this is the 'face forward representative' to a new customer who is

Take your business elsewhere. Getting ahold of our sales representative is a straight up joke. We have had multiple instances where our local representative Derrick was unable to be contacted for weeks on end. After he would finally answer and assure us that he would be more involved, he would disappear again. This is unacceptable when building your home. Very disappointed at what a let down this company has become.

I have been trying for almost 3 weeks to get a price for a house! I have emailed my preferences, the models that I like, and that I'm ready to get a price. Whenever I ask the rep. a question, I get a vague one sentence answer. He basically just repeats what I said in my last email. I keep getting emails from him with links to the Facebook page and Twitter account, and the downloadable tips and tricks for buying a home from them. That's all fine and good, BUT I need answers and to get my quote going. It is very frustrating. I emailed him ONE MORE TIME this afternoon, if I don't receive a response or something helpful...I'm done and will go somewhere else. This is getting ridiculous!
