Imperial Pacific Village Apartments

It’s a nice living place but there’s a problem with the roaches.

I’ve been living here for 18 years just now I would like to tell you that The landlord is nothing but harassing you and they don’t do anything at all. They’re nothing but chitchatting and playing around. They keep harassing me nonstop. I have a puppy, who is one years old. He is more like my comfort, dog for my house condition and special. My daughter has health condition she has epilepsy seizures. The landlord doesn’t care about their self people who have disabilities and special needs. I would like to please just stop harassing and do not rent here. I already filed a lawsuit. I already confirm to my section 8 my Arliss Worker my Social Worker they know what’s going on and they’re gonna hear from them to be weird to not read this please it’s old this apartment it’s falling apart. Lived here 10 years ago and was pretty happy, only problem was that this place was roach infested, no matter how clean we had and stuff we bought to get rid of the pests aside from them supposedly taking care of the issue, seemed to not work. I hope now after 10 years its gotten better..Overall aside from the roach problem I have pretty good memories in that cozy apartment.

Great place to live. Maintenance is awesome. Front office staff is great, warm and welcoming.. Grounds are kept nice as well as play Area. Kristianna is amazing and very outgoing and hard working. You can pay rent online and they have laundry on grounds. Highly recommend..

3 years... One star for having the skill to sign us an apartment. When you live here and have to deal with Karen and her troupe at the front desk, it’s really frustrating bc they are rude, condescending and overwhelmingly disrespectful money grabbers. The inside of the places are okay but expect roommates (the roach infestation). Outside, needs work.. they recently deforested the whole property so the place looks terrible now and that’s not even considering the trash that all the children and adult children left behind. If you’re looking for affordable housing, do yourself and your family a favor, DONT SETTLE ON THIS.
