Imperial Manor Apartments

After a full month since moving in I have absolutely enjoyed my experience here. The community is kind, the leasing office is very responsive and so is maintenance. I moved in while there was still a whole lot of snow out and really found the buckets of rock salt convenient to have near the door of my building for really snowy days. Its nice to leave and not need to worry about slipping because the stairs and pathways are salted. The crew even comes by regularly to vacuum the lobbies and keep them clean. The same can be said for the basement. If anything is put down there like moving boxes or anything, they will be cleaned out which was convenient for me since I did not have to do that myself but I urge anyone looking to move in to be mindful of what they put in the basements. Put a work order in yesterday for blinds replacement. Worker came today to switch blinds out. Julio always does a AWESOME job! Very polite and quick

Julio is an amazing maintenance man! He’s always quick to respond and comes right away to fix anything in the apartment. Truly dependable and kind.

Julio Came in and did a wonderful job with my bedroom window , I appreciate it very much ! He always takes care of each problem I bring with kindness As well as urgency.

I had no trouble with moving in Hanna was very helpful every day I would call with questions and she would always have the correct answers she gave me a tour of my apartment with no problem Hanna was always willing to help me out when i would call shes a very kind lady
