Imperial Apartments

Although the imperial lacks modern amenities like a gym, in unit laundry, a pool, it makes up for it by being safe, comfortable, and central. During my two years I lived there I never experienced any sort of theft, issues with the parking structure, no absence of A/C or water for an unreasonable amount of time. The location offers plenty of options to shop and travel to. Close to downtown, close to the mall, right next to the highway. Truly, if youre someone who is looking for a reliable apartment community, the imperial has got your back. I wish this place well and im happy to have called it home.

The apartments have been under new mangement for a short while now and the New manager is rude. I've smiled at her a couple times and she always just walks by. She speaks with attitude as well. Dont feel comfortable to even asking a question anymore. This behavior itself is already unprofessional. What happened to being nice to the residents? What happened to being an actual "manager"? I have more things to say about her too. She hasn't been here for more than 2 months and im already thinking of leaving the apartment. I've been a happy resident for a couple years now. I hope her management sees this

I just had the best experience dealing with Dani, she has been great from beginning to end. Called this property after finding them online, the reviews & photos looked good and after meeting Dani you’ll know why, from the second she answered the phone I could already feel the energy, someone who genuinely enjoys their job & helping future tenants. I am excited to move in to this property and feel like I will be in good hands. Thank you Dani

I love these apartments alot epecially the Manager Danni she is profession on point but the issue i have here is the homeless!!!!! i keep having issues them tresspassing my patio its getting Infuriating i have asked for better solutions like Security Guard Footpatrol or a Fence to keep the homeless out of the walk way my kids and myself get discourage on going outside due to them getting in the way with needles on the floor not to metion defecating in the area its gross. There has something that needs to be done that is one of the reasons residents leave.

Best Apartment in around The property Manager Danni is professional is on top of things been here a month already and its better than most apartments around they are Dog frendly The Cons: Parking is tight and i have a SUV and it is a mission, Washers and dryers are ridiculously expensive i rather go to a Laundry Matt its much more cheaper and you get more time. Homeless issues in alley and walk way that needs to be addressed. Other than that its a pleasure living here so far, i will keep updating as it progresses if this place is worth living here long term.
