I had the most wonderful experience with this company! They made my closing a breeze and a good time. My closer (Taylor) was early, well prepared, personable and even had gold balloons for me in the room. She explained everything to me about what I would be getting into with closing a home. I couldn't believe all the love and they put into the process. As a first time homebuyer it was definitely appreciated. I recommend this company to anybody in my situation buying a house.

Update! The General Manager of Impact Title contacted me directly. She was so kind and actually took time to hear my story and frustrations with my experience at Impact Title. I have to say that reaching out a year later as a GM who didn’t know much about the situation and trying to make it right with me says a lot about the company. I’m not one to leave negative reviews because I know we are all human and we are not perfect. I explained that leaving this review was my last resort to get the companies attention since noone would call me back at that time. Knowing that a GM took time out of her day to reach out to me regarding a situation that happened over a year ago and she didn’t know hardly anything about what happened, tells me that she is trying very hard to guarantee excellent custom
