i never leave reviews, but this has to be shared. I have a condo in Sea Pines. I was told 3 years ago that my outside deck area would be fixed and replaced. Its rotten. Its hideous to look at in the community. I pay a crap ton of money every year to this company. Here we are 3 years later and its the same. Unacceptable. Run. Use someone else.

My experience with their offices in Hilton Head has been positive and professional. In particular with Cathy Pilatic and Staci. They try and respond as quickly as possible for ARB things or complaints and they respond quickly to emails.

Always a pleasant experience with all office staff! AJ Bucko responds by email or text whether he has suggestions or can help or not.

Mark Benson with IMC is most helpful, quick to respond, and has all the answers for questions about the complexes he manages. You can tell he is on top of everything and is a trusted resource for owners and community members.
