This place is going down the hill already so fast but you need to change management in the offices they are very unprofessional and she never knows anything cause she is overwhelmed with work in the office that she never comes out to see what is going on in this housing development from my understanding the dumpster were for trash but trash is all around dumpster but dumpster are empty house furniture all around dumpster that has been there for weeks and still there before you know it here comes mice,raccoons,rats and anything else will be moving in the area in no time but the office has to care a lot more to help the people I seen one man last week cleaning that whole area with trash management has to go like yesterday Not the young Lady Lakisha she is trying to fill all the shoes and

A friend live here was suppose to move here ,but had put in and by the time I heard back from them already had moved ,but I live the place they trying to get the new ones up maybe I will reapply

Staff in office is very respectable and warm welcoming. Great clean area , houses are very newly modeled. Put my application in a little over a year and the landlord was very nice she doesn’t seen annoyed with job at hand. She doesn’t make you keep coming in to update application she answered the phones, emails and voice message . This a beautiful change to this environment and I’m sure we all thank you. Only reason why I give this place a 4 star is because I haven’t lived there yet to get the full experience

Was made to think everything was good to go via the regional manager who was there in place of the rental manager and I would have a place to live. When rental manager returned, was told, very non-professionally, that a whole different process had not been completed and there were no more available units. One would think the regional manager would have taken responsibility for not knowing but it seems she could care less. *Still don’t have housing*

ZERO STARS:😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 Extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and GHETTO staff(MANAGEMENT included)! That doesn't like answering questions from potential tenants. I see why these types of complexes are usually reserved for people on section eight/Government assistance programs. Those women in that office, will catch the right person on the wrong day! With the attitudes that they have!🤡
