Agents will lie to you when they know there’s mold in a high end rental unit . Beware they want your deposit then the agent Sharon was gone when I addressed black mold issues she in her own words “ NOT MY PROBLEM “ she knew there was black mold in my unit then refused to give our deposit back . Ethically this a problem of taking peoples money for deposits then saying well if you don’t like the mold issue then leave but you will not get your deposit back . This ethic code of real estate in this local company is injustice. .. and FL health department agrees . And thank you Sharon for taking my rugs and Much more plus all of my deposit BLACK MOLD is severely dangerous we gave you a chance to fix the problem which simply we just were bothering Sharon.
