If I could give them no stars I would have. First experience with a property management and it was horrible . IHS property management and I signed contract in February 1, 2024 and ended in may of 2025. Kevin didn’t make any remarks on his original walk thru of my house floors feeling squishy/soft or doors not being able to close. Kevin’s inspection of my house in 06/2024 and last one in 01/2025 doesn’t make any remarks of damage due to leaks. 03/2025 I didn’t renew contract with tenants but IHS was still managing property until 05/2025. Forwarding to 07/2025 I rented out my house because in 06/2025 when I asked Kevin and showed him pictures of damage on flooring he still didn’t make any remarks to any leaks or how the valve that was supplying water to refrigerator had been shut off.
