One of the worst companies I have ever encountered. I truly believe that today I have experienced "micro aggression" at its finest. I was denied a rental property due to false accusations. I was told I wasn't approved due to "active utilities owed" which was false. When I screenshot Isaac all utilities are NEVER paid late at a $0 balance. His response was "There were probably left from your last rental" I have no rental history, but you would know that from my application. Just to show Isaac the false accusation my next response was "Thank you for the clarification. We will send what we have to the owner for review. Await their review". I would have felt better if you would've said the "owner" doesn't want to rent to a black tenant. If you're Asian you might have a better chance of getting

I highly recommend this management company! It was great doing business with them. Any repairs or concerns that I had were fixed immediately, and communication was never a problem. Thanks again for taking care of me. Well wishes to Aiko and team, I will miss you!

Reading all the negative reviews I had to write one. The misses and I just moved after a few years of renting from Ideal. We received all of our deposit money back. They took real good care of us and espically my family while I was deployed. But we love our new home we just purchased. I would recommend this company for the great service from Aiko and also from Tai.

Ideal Realty ranks very high on my list of worst companies I've done business with. Completely unprofessional -even faxed confidential information about me, to the wrong number! While waiting in the lobby, they speak about their clients (one's who aren't present) with complete disrespect, and even divulge private, confidential information. I urge everyone to re-think any potential interaction with them. The front office lady, Aiko, is an absolute nightmare, and has no idea how to conduct herself with any ounce of professionalism. Complaints filed with the BBB, National Association of Realtors, and the Nevada Real Estate Division, in hopes that one day, their unethical scamming will be put to an end.

We've been a resident of Ideal Realty for approximately 7 years. Even correctly this company has been fair and responsive to our needs. I've learned that communication is a real a true factor when making a livelyhood. So, with this being said, I'm gladly given them 5 superstars.
