Working with Matt from Ideal was a fun apartment search experience. He was helpful and responsive and found me a great apartment in the West Village. I had a handful of days available to look, and it felt like I had even fewer to actually move (my lease was up due to a fire in my building), but he was incredibly understanding and made himself available at all times. Where do I begin with my experience working with Linda?!? My boyfriend and I were in a bind when we realized our apartment wasn’t working for us in the way we needed and we had found a place we couldn’t say no to. In swoops Linda! After our initial phone call I knew right away her and I would get along. She met with me in my apartment within the first 24 hours and immediately got to work. Ideal Properties has nice brokers who are more than willing to help. The broker we worked with, Linda, was honest and knowledgeable in her field. We snagged a pretty neat place in Williamsburg, which was our target. Luckily, the L train is no longer an issue!
