Ideal Homes Design Studio

Yesterday we attempted to go to the design center to pick out colors for the purchase of a 250,00-dollar house. When we arrived at the business after waiting 5 months from signing the contract and putting 2,200-dollar earnest money down. When we arrived for an appointment the doors were locked, and we rang the doorbell but continued to wait. Then a few minutes later we called the design consultant and she denied the call. Then we called the design center directly and a person answered the phone stating that the design consultant was in her office and she would get her a few minutes later she came to the door. My wife, my 3 year old daughter, and myself where wearing masks but my 1 year old daughter wasn’t, at that point we were informed that if the 1 year old wouldn’t wear a mask we could

Our designer was great! She answered all of our questions and found answers to the ones she didn't know. Very patient and fun to work with. The design center setup is fun as you can walk around and see different displays and make choices.

Worst builder ever!!! They tell you what you want to hear and when you sign the dotted line and give your earnest money they cash that in days and you don't hear from ANYONE for weeks.. I had to constantly call and call to get someone to start working on the process. When everything finally went through its was 5 weeks from when we signed the contract met with the very rude design center rep who gave us a 61, yes I said 61, pages of upgrades and add-ons, and if that wasn't the worst part our so called 6-8 month build turned into 10-12 months and our quoted $390,000 would have been who knows how much... we were done after that! Would not recommend this builder to anyone!

Poor quality, poor customer service, home has had multiple issues and having them fixed takes an unprofessional amount of time. Communication with is slow and poor. Would never recommend someone buy from this company and will never again. Ideal Homes is terrible.
