I do not recommend living here. I feel unsafe here as I work late shift at a hospital and when I came home there was a homeless person sleeping in the dark parking lot close to my parking spot. The community needs to be gated. And don’t get me started on the laundry facilities. The machines are ALWAYS broken and nasty. I have to lug my stuff to a laundromat since day 1 of living here which is an extra expense. The pool was not taken care of properly so the pool was not usable for half the summer, they rarely cleaned it, it turned green at one point 🤮 Also a lot of water shut offs. Overall cleanliness of community is poor. For the cost of living here you can find better!!

I’ll be moving out of this place after 3 years, but I’ll miss many things about it. The courtyard area is beautiful and there’s always so many birds at my bird feeders, and the staff has always been helpful and kind. Living in the city it can be hard to find places that feel safe, especially apartment complexes. But this place has been like a little sanctuary for my family. For the prices they have here it’ll be hard to find an apartment complex that’s better.

I unfortunately lived here for 2 years. Absolutely do not recommend especially if you have a dog. Not that anyone would clean up after their pets, but bags were empty more often than not. I rarely even used the dog park because it was always disgusting. Doing laundry there is a joke. They service out to another company that is known for being horrible. I’m owed upwards of $40 because I’ve had a refund processing since January for a machine that unsurprisingly didn’t work. Since that hasn’t been processed I haven’t been able to submit any of the other plethora of refunds I needed to request. I was rarely able to do laundry without having at least one issue with the machines. Machines need upgraded horribly and rooms need cleaned. And maintenance. The guys were always friendly in passing but

Let me start by saying the maintenance is great. It comes down to bad management/ownership. There was two different times where I made a big effort to figure out how to pay rent after they switched over to a new payment system. I was told I would receive a call back on multiple occasions but I never did. Even went to the office in person to show them I was unable to pay rent from the link they were sending out. Nobody could answer any of my questions or help me until it was too late and I had already racked up late fees. Then all of a sudden they were able to answer my questions of how to pay rent. This happened two times.

Scheduled a tour appointment for Friday November 7th at 2:45 PM. Went to the appointment and no one was there to lead the tour. Emailed and asked and they said “there was an emergency water leak and they had to help a lady move her stuff.” That’s fine. I understand. Rescheduled for November 8th at 4:15 PM. Arrived early, doors were locked and no one was there again. Very unprofessional!!! Won’t be rescheduling.
