Icon On Pima

While that is very nice and helpful lady worked in office @ Icon on Pima, the corporate greedy people declined to refund,since they have a "problem with our system" an offered refundable $40.00 promotional application deposit for 2 months as of today 03.09.26. Guess they decide to keep my money for their own needs.. Even if you keep all of your paperwork in writing that is very hard to get that promissed money back!

I am very grateful to the maintenance man Jesus that has been filling in at the Icon on East Pima Street. He makes sure that everyone's needs are met and goes above and beyond to do his job and do it right the first time. I am disappointed that he will be leaving now that the Icon has filled the position since the other maintenance person had left. I was really hoping that the Icon would keep Jesus employed at the East Pima Street site since he has done such a wonderful job and is a very kind person.

All the staff including maintenance- Heather, Arty, and Summer have been wonderful to me. I may just have found my new home here and I hope that they get to stay here for a long time because they make this place a place that I love. Thank you so much for your kindness and your support. For the first time, I am happy to be able to call this place my home, thanks to all of you working together as a team to make sure that the residents are safe and comfortable!

My experience at Icon on Pima has been a bit of a rollercoaster. Over the past year, there were numerous changes in management/staff, which was rather frustrating. With that said, the current team is fantastic. Previous management really screwed me over with my move-in and outstanding work orders, but Art has always been personable and helpful as I've settled in. Kaylee was a bright light amid my horrific move a year ago, so I'm happy to hear she's back! And ever since Samar got here, there has been a drastic change for the better. She is friendly, communicative, receptive, and makes me feel heard. My work orders are prioritized, and Art and Lars make sure that they're addressed. Sometimes it takes an extra nudge or two, which doesn't bother me because they're a small team serving a lot of

The new maintenance man at the Icon on Pima has been wonderful! He is always working very hard and is very efficient at his job.
