I have lived here for seven years and never had a problem until now new management wants to charge me for a pet fee even though I don’t have a pet only my daughter comes to see me and her sister and brings her pet then takes it home.Also the Laundry room is a mess especially behind the washers not only that but my mailbox is broken and the lock is ready to come out. Another thing is it this apartment isn’t safe because all the gates leading to outside of the apartment doesn’t work properly like they should. The other day I was walking and I seen one of the doors to the apartments maintenance open and nobody was there.In my apartment i have mold above my shower and not only that the paint is coming off of the bathtub. TL'DR: Management is more concerned about cosmetic appearances to justify raising rent than quality of living or complex security. With rent prices coming down, it's not worth what it's charging. GOOD: My unit (1br/1ba) is very well laid out and cute, I actually like it a lot. The patio was very nice, when the groundskeepers weren't blowing all the dirt from the parking lot onto it and letting me come home to it completely trashed (see pics). You have a walk in pantry in the kitchen and a large closet in the bedroom. The bathroom is also spacious, although the water heater is in the bathroom so you don't actually have a bathroom closet like the 3D model suggests. The brown wood-like flooring is SO much nicer than the gray. Units are decently soundproof; I almost never heard my neighbors.

I am a single mother and I live in this apartment with my daughter and she got bit the other day by Yellowjackets which are very poisonous I had to take her to the ER and turns out she had an infection if more than bit her she could have almost died please leave a one-star review to this place worst place ever. Also every Saturday there's nobody in the office the other day I went into the office at 12:00 and no one was in there but the sign said 10 to 5:00. There's trash everywhere and there's a whole lot of bugs and infestations. Maintenance people never fix anything. Also they tried upgrading the laundry room but all I see when I walk in there is water on one occasion the laundry room was closed and no one could do their laundry all these residents here had to go without days of doing th

We had the locks changed on our unit before our lease was up. We had been in between moving from our unit to our new home and came to grab some final belongings and discovered the key no longer worked to open our door. We had paid the rent and never had anything sort of eviction notice or any notice at all that the locks would be changed so we were very confused. We informed the front office of the situation and we were told that they had accidentally switch the locks because they confused our unit for one that had an eviction notice, and they could not give us a clear date on when the locks were changed. We were told we would be receiving a call back regarding this, but we never got one. Very disappointing, and we are looking to see what can be done. Beware of leaving your unit before the

Great staff, Danielle and Dee are amazing they went above and beyond to assist me with the application. Also show me around the premises. Been hear for 2 week and it has been outstanding. Great people and beautiful apartments and upgraded. My kidos love the pool and the playground everyone here are all nice the maintenance staff took care of any issues I had with the apartment no hesitation. Thank you all.
