I’ve lived in this community for over five years and have experienced both the highs and lows of living here. Over that time, I’ve seen management teams who took pride in their work, and others who seemed more focused on filling rooms to meet quotas. One constant during my time here has been Aaron and Josh’s strong work ethic. No matter the time or day, they were always willing to help residents and regularly worked overtime to ensure things were done right throughout the building. I’ve truly appreciated their dedication and enjoyed their presence here, and I wish them both the very best in their next adventures. I’d also like to acknowledge Brandon’s and Taya’s hard work. Management looks the other way to a tenant Named Ron who is dealing Fentanyl and tenants are getting threatened. if they don't let the addicts in with their key fob. Security does nothing because they're scared. Aaron the maintenance manager is a friend to Ron. The DEA needs to be called. I tried to report the key fob that accesses every floor of the Icon. If you live there buy a ring door cam and security cameras for your apartment. Also the roach problem has been going on for years. The Exterminator Company. They hired broke an entry without consent. If your a victim call The DEA and Seattle Police department to make reports to get their attention. I'm working on it myself and I have evidence of everything I said. They will be investigated!

This place is a joke. First the quality of the tenants lives went downhill with roach infestations and the security guard getting stabbed in the lobby. Then, if you are person with a disability such as hearing loss, they REQUIRE that you call, not caring that the person literally cannot talk on the phone. These people are not good people at all and honestly put money over people. Stay away from this garbage place and do better.

Loved my place. New appliances, tho theres some scratches on the stovetop from previous renter but aside from that there’s no problems. Thank you Bruce the property manager for being so accommodating and ready if I need to call or have some questions. The place is literally infront of every public transportation. The view is also amazing from my apartment!

If you are looking to rent a hotel in Seattle, stay away from this place. It is a hassle to check in and checkout. There is no room service unless you stay for 2 weeks. They only provide you with 2 bath towels and 2 facial towels. I have asked for additional towels and they told me that is all the towels I will get for 1 week. I was speechless. The TV has a very bad reception. If you wants to get some sleep, stay away from this place. You. practically hear everything on the street from the train, the buses, the vehicle and the construction. In top of that, there is a $20 parking charge. There is no TV in the bedroom. I have 2 words for this place....worrible worrible.
