I’ve lived at Icon Apartments for quite a while now, and I can honestly say that Desiree has been the best part of my experience here. She’s one of the only people who truly cares about the residents and takes her job seriously. From the first day I met her, she’s been polite, respectful, and kind, always willing to listen and help however she can. For as long as I’ve been here, Desiree has been the only one who actually makes time to talk to residents. She doesn’t ignore people or walk away when you need help. Unlike Cynthia, who never had time for anyone, Desiree always stops to listen, checks in, and treats everyone with respect. She genuinely wants to make the community better and does everything she can to help. She’s friendly, professional, and easy to approach. My kids love her—she

If I could rate them negative zero I would. Put in a work order and they may get to it before the month is over. There is been a hot water issue that they have been dealing with for a couple of months now. Instead of getting them fixed the right way they rather have these non maintenance people out here trying to fix it. Get home from work and expect to take a shower and relax nope no water check email no email about the water being turned off. Then u go to the front of the complex water running all down the street. But be one second late paying your rent and there comes the eviction letter. It’s a good set of apartments but they won’t deal with the problems and make people want to continue to want to renew their lease.

Buyers beware!! Aside from the scam of getting a month of rent free, these apartments are not good to live in. Mind you, I moved from a motel to here and I regret it. Let's start with the staff. The leasing agent is great, but to the manager Ms. Cynthia, let me hold your hand when I say this... this isn't the job for you! I've literally seen you rush into your office to avoid talking to people. You have done this with me several times, particularly when you don't want to be bothered with my maintenance requests. Maintenence here sucks. Not so much the ONE maintenance guy that works here, but you can submit work order after work order IN WRITING (per the lease) and it'll be ignored. The actual apartment itself is so run down and roach infested til you cant leave trash out for more than

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The rent they quote you *seems* manageable at first, but it’s completely misleading. Once you actually move in, you’re hit with a mountain of hidden fees—expect to pay at least $200 more than what you were originally told. It feels like they're just trying to squeeze every penny out of you without offering anything in return. To make matters worse, the water is shut off *constantly*, often every other day. And don’t expect any real notice—they usually send out an email *after* the water is already off or just minutes before. It’s incredibly disruptive, especially if you work from home or have kids. For what you're paying, the service and reliability here are absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

If I had the option to give 0 stars I would! I completely take back for what I said about moving here. I hate these apartments. Ever since I moved into my new unit it’s been nothing but problems! i put in work orders thru email I was told due to my residents account not being updated to my new unit. None of my maintenance services were ever fixed. So then when my account finally got updated I put in the work orders and still nothing!!! I try to call and call no one ever picks up the phone! If I go to the office I’m getting the damn run around! Not to mention there is no damn hot water! They say “oh we’re handling it there was so many leaks” but yet still hasn’t changed it’s been over a month probably longer! I’ve already reported to the city of San Antonio and I recommend who ever else tha
