Icon Apartments

I inquired into Icon apartments in search of a close, safe, clean, and quiet apartment community for my father who is moving to be close to me. We had a tour of the complex with Nija (on a Saturday which is rare in Killeen), and she was beyond great! She was very professional, thorough, and patience with us throughout our visit and took time to answer the questions we had. Her knowledge of the community amenities, the complex layout, and all the ins/outs of the apartment was top notch. She had a very professional delivery and answered all of our questions on the spot. Advertised as condominiums on Airbnb but it's truly a 3 story apartment complex-distinction w/o a major difference. The 3rd floor "neighbors" had kids loudly running back and forth for most of the night (7-10pm). Very comfortable, great A/C. Wish they had elevators in addition to stairs. Safe. Showers were good. The beds are very comfortable. The price is much better here than a hotel. Safe. We liked staying here.

Management is bad and does not answer phone calls. There is no storage in the apartment. People who do not live here come to the pool and party late at night. The gate was broken for more than one month. They also charge $40 every month for washer and dryer, which is craz

I’ve really enjoyed living at this community. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is awesome! quick, professional, and reliable. It’s been a great place to call home.

I love being a resident at Icon Apartments! I was able to apply and move-in the same day! The office staff is amazing, friendly and open to helping with all my concerns! I would recommend his community to anyone.
