We love living here!! Elizabeth and Austin are awesome!! My parents have lived here for almost 10 years and I loved visiting. So happy to be here now too!
Managing a property this big surely must take a lot of time and effort. As life goes, things aren't always perfect 100% of the time, but Kaitland and Skyler are always responsive any time I have a question or concern. They get it done.
The staff here are amazing! They’re always friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely care about the residents. Anytime I’ve needed help, they’ve handled it right away! The apartments themselves are clean and comfortable, but it’s really the team here that makes the place feel like home.
My husband and I loved living here! It was our first home after getting married. We were so sad to move, but all the way until we moved out we were communicated with well, invited to the community events, and treated really well overall. I loved using the pool, walking to the mailbox was always therapeutic, and I loved that we had a huge wall that separated our apartments from Main Street and made it feel like a cozy neighborhood. 10/10 would recommend living here!
Not worth the price or the headache! We lived here for 2 1/2 years. The utilities for a 2 bedroom were more expensive than the monthly utilities on a 5 bedroom home I owned prior to moving in or a 3 bd townhome I moved into when I left. That doesn’t even account for the additional utilities you pay for the common areas. They also tried to make me pay for carpet replacement when I moved out even though we did no damage to the carpet. There wasn’t any holes, burn marks, stains, etc. We didn’t have any pets. It was just old because it was not replaced before we moved in. In addition, they charged a mandatory move out cleaning fee that increased in price from the lease agreement I signed, even though we cleaned the apartment when I moved out. The first summer we were there, the pool was down f
