After Hurricane Ian, we couldn't get hold of any of the builders or repair people except one, IB Homes! They returned our call. They were there in our time of need. Our home needed to be gutted, high stress for us. But Issac and Camille were understanding, and they got the job done! I can tell you I am very particular and coming from a construction background I can be insistent. They handled everything with consideration and grace. I have a beautiful new home that we are very proud of, and very grateful to have had IB homes basically rebuild our home for us.

This is our floor after living in our home just over 3 years. We closed in June of 22. One of the punch list items they have failed to resolve on multiple occasions and even stopped returning our emails. Our front door is warped and they refused to fix it. Their installation person told us the door was delaminating and they would be in touch with the builder and they would get back to us. That was almost 1.5 years ago. Now today the tiles in one of the bedrooms have popped up. Not just one or two the entire room. We also have loose tiles throughout the house. For 100% sure this tile was improperly installed. Do not build or buy their homes without properly inspecting the home. We made a huge mistake and had our agent do the inspection for us because we were moving from out of state. Our AC

IB Homes Construction Group LLC came in to repair several past issues we had from another builder. Abraham Sr. and Abraham Jr were the definition of a professional. They were on time, courteous, maintained a high standard of cleanliness and completed the work in a timely fashion. These two individuals represent the excellent craftsmanship of IB Homes. And not to be overlooked is the respect we have in dealing with Fiordalisa in the office. She is professional, knowledgeable and maintained constant contact with us during this project. We would not hesitate in the least to hire IB Homes in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or renovate their home.
