Hymeadow by Starlight Homes

Bought our starlight home in July of 24. Was super happy with the process at the time. And am still 100 percent satisfied with build quality and value. No hidden fees. No high pressure sales staff. What we were quoted is what we paid within a few dollars. The homes themselves are a great combination of quality and value. They maximize liveable square footage and storage space. Can't say enough good things about the people at starlight and their homes. They live up to their slogan of making it easy and affordable for first time home buyers.

I came into this Starlight Homes office with the intent of browsing a few different homes made by them in addition to a few other local builders. Rachael Scott was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly confident in the homes without being overly pushy. My decision to move forward on a property was definitely influenced by how well she did her job. I got a much better vibe from her than the agents from other builders I met with that day. She was great to work with and I would definitely recommend going out of your way to have her be your point of contact.

Although this wasn't my wife's and I 1st home search, this home search turned out to be one the best experiences we've had. Andrew with Starlight homes in communications with our realtor, got us to get a better deal! By going with their lender, we got a lower rate, incentives and better deal on closing costs. Compared to another builder we started with, this turned out to be the best option.

Our experience with Hymeadow has been a mixture of feelings. We had a great closing process, with our final walk throughs being somewhat met to our expectations, but friendly staff all around. Once we moved in though, there were still so many issues within the house that weren’t repaired, paint stuck to all the floors/counters, unfinished trim, and the cleaning was far from complete. We had no doorbell even installed, so when we would try to use it from outside there wasn’t even a bell inside to alert us! The shutters for the exterior arrived late, in a box outside our front door, but no one even told us to expect them, and it took over a week for anyone to come by for install. We chose not to use them in the end because our house wasn’t sold to us that way, and we didn’t want to change wh

I was in the process of looking for another home due to construction delay from another builder. I am so glad I met Nick Brady who helped me go under contract and close my first home with Starlight at Hymeadow. I am so impress and felt really lucky to have Nick on my side. He was always quick to reply to my emails and texts even on his days off or past business hours. He always on time with weekly construction updates. I am really thankful I had the opportunity to work with him. Also, want to take this opportunity to thank Angel Solis, the construction mgr on my home. Without his help and commitment I would not have been able to close when I did! Collectively the team I had was nothing short of amazing!
