We applied to one of their complex and they said 4-6 weeks. Now that the 6 weeks are up they are saying all the paperwork we turned in is wrong. We are turning in everything the manager told us to, we didn't make up the paperwork needed. If they are just denying us they should be able to say it without having to be so rude, because every single time we show up to ask how our application is going they act like we are asking the person there for a personal favor.

My 97 year old father who is a tenant at Hyder's property Horizon at Indio (Senior Apartments), was asked by the manager of the property Cynthia to show her his underwear and undergarments as proof of it being solely his clothing and not anyone else's...this is in so many ways degrading, shameful, and a true violation of ones rights and dignity. Lourdes Carranza Property Manager from Las Cortes 1200 Felcia CT. in Oxnard has done a horrible job... People working at Hyder are not competent to run their jobs. Lourdes is severely uncapable to do her job. My mother got "evicted" by not fixing something on the landlords side. My mother tried putting the work order several times and they never did anything. Until I got involved did I realize they were trying to "evict" her even though she was in good standing. If your in section 8 watch out for things they don't FIX because that's a signal they want you GONE!!! Those pictures were taken as proof no fixes were done in time... my mother reported in 2022 when it first happened so I holde Hyder and Lourdes completely liable.
