Hyde Park Place Apartments

Shady stuff. They had a "unit check" every two weeks for multiple months straight ... so I constantly had people going into my unit. After I told them I was ending my lease, and after I received confirmation from them, they tried to come back and say I didn't tell them. I went days without heating over winter. Upon leaving, they wanted to charge me for cleaning (despite hiring a professional cleaner and taking extensive video evidence that my unit). When I asked for proof, they sent me pictures of a unit that wasn't mine --- different color stove and everything. Just stay away.

Super nice remodeled units at this complex. Clean, good A/C, great neighborhood. Dominique is super helpful, very attentive and goes above and beyond to assist residents.
