Hyde Park

I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience in my 6 months of living here! The community and landscape is lovely. It’s at a dead-end so the only traffic you’ll get is neighbors or delivery drivers. Of course living in the south comes bugs. Had an issue but Scott in the front office was responsive! Maintenance is also very responsive and respectful an always makes their presence known when knocking. This community was a God-send and I couldn’t be more happy to be here!

Makaila is absolutely wonderful, she is so kind, sweet, thoughtful & helpful. I am so happy to have encountered her. She made my experience with Hyde Park feel like I was her best friend. She asked me all of the right questions needed about my inquiry at Hyde Park. 10000/10 recommend.

This apartment is great if you just want something cheap but be prepared for no frills. I only lived here 10 months because it was so bad. The biggest issue was the constant roaches, which never seemed to be fully taken care of. The grounds weren't well maintained as the recycling bins were always overflowing and bags of trash were left next to it. The landscaping was minimal and the grass would be so long behind my building sometimes that it was difficult to walk my dogs. when they would blow the area , they would just blow the trash downstairs and it would just be sitting outside my apartment. The apartments themselves are very outdated with little natural light and if you don't tour your actual unit, you are probably seeing the model which is much more updated than all the other units.

Moved in a few months ago and love it here! The management team at Hyde Park Apartments is awesome. Makaylah is super helpful. She and Scott have helped me multiple times with things they did not have to. Maintenance is always on time.

I’m currently staying here and just recently moved from NY! Upon arrival I really loved the mature trees and the area is very beautiful close to everything. My apartment is beautiful a bit smaller than I expected. It’s always so dark inside because I live in the back so not so much sun comes in. Not a lot of closet space in the master and not a lot of storage. I noticed that the carpets were old when I moved in that was a sign right there. BUT listen to me please there is a lot of issues here! First the Roaches and cockroaches 🪳 they are really bad yes they have an exterminator that comes once a week but it really doesn’t work I even brought gel to put around the house to try to try to kill them I really believe it’s an infestation yes there’s a lot of trees but it’s overwhelming a lot of
