Huron River Apartments - Toledo

Nice apartments for the price good responsive maintenance. Was a nice quiet friendly building when I moved in. Very few issue other then lately they seem to let anyone in. People moved in upstairs and they just throw their trash everywhere, out side inside from the third floor off the railing to the door. Tried to call and nothing is being done about it. Hide their trash bags by my ac unit,If it wasn’t for that I’d give it 5 stars. Hold the bad tenants accountable before you lose the good ones! Or just turn it into section 8 housing if that’s the direction they want to go in.

This place is so unmaintained!! it was so bad I felt the need to clean the woods in the back because it was so trashy. I filled up 3 big trash bags worth of trash. I hear people speeding out of there and I see trash everywhere. These apartments are devastating to the nice area its in. Try to avoid if you don't want to deal with drama and sirens a bunch.

This place is beautiful but they're litter bugs in the back and doesn't bother to clean any of it up. The woods section in the back is full of diapers and other stuff. Not kid friendly back there..

I can honestly say that this place is wonderful… very quiet and peaceful. Also Bridgette is such an amazing person she makes you feel very welcome. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a quiet place to live. And not to mention the grounds are very well kept.

The move in process was very easy and quick!! We toured the unit, applied and got accepted all in the same day! We got the keys 2 days later and everything went very smooth! Maintenance is great! He’s very very nice and helpful! Definitely recommend! 😁
