Huntington Place

Huntington Place has been an amazing place to live. It's quiet. Many military, vets, and medical college students live here. Kid friendly. The staff is absolutely amazing! Apartments are large for the price compared to others. They frequently have community events where residents can win gift cards, carpet cleaning and more. Would 10/10 recommend.

I was looking for a place for a friend to stay for an year as they are moving from CA with Job at the VA. It is so interesting the newest review for this place is two years old! Tried calling the place multiple times and no one picked up the call. The answering machine is set to "dial 4 to leave a message". When did that, it said thank you and disconnected. Occurred multiple times during the day so called their office time. Headed to their leasing office with a hope to find someone there. The door sign showed will return at 4:45 that was more than an hour 45 minutes away. No way to get in touch with the office staff?

I lived at Huntington Place for a year and would have stayed longer if my roommate situation worked out or they offered one bedrooms. While living there I stayed in a 2x2 and never had any major issues with anything. There was a time when my dishwasher wasn't working properly. Maintenance tried to fix it twice then replaced it. After that I had no more issues with the dishwasher. Another concern is that I had wasp nests on the balcony but maintenance took care of it anytime we put in a request. Frankly, maintenance always responded in a timely manner, was nice, and actually fixed whatever the issue was so nothing felt like a big inconvenience. Fantastic maintenance team! Our family has called Huntington Place home for the last three years and we have nothing but praise for this community. The staff and maintenance team is outstanding. The property is well maintained and we have wonderful neighbors. This community is an absolute hidden jewel in South East Columbia. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I have lived at Huntington Place for 3 years. I've had a wonderful experience living here! Apartments are spacious, well kept and reasonably priced. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, the maintenance crew showed up quickly and fixed any problem I had! Office staff were also very kind and helpful throughout my time here. I hate to leave due to personal reasons, but I will be sure to recommend Huntington Place to anyone looking for an affordable, beautiful apartment complex in the Columbia area! Thanks for a great 3 years!
