Often, you can submit a maintenance request in the morning and the problem is already fixed within a few hours ⏱️. This level of service is quite rare in many other apartment communities. The apartments also feature modern renovations ✨, which make the living spaces comfortable and pleasant. Another big advantage is the availability of washers and dryers right inside the apartments 🧺. Having laundry in your unit is very convenient and adds a lot of comfort to everyday life. Overall, Huntington Green is a well-managed community 🏢 with fast maintenance service and modern amenities that make it a great place to live.

Best apartment experience I’ve had! The staff is amazing, the grounds are well-kept, and my apartment is modern and spacious. It is extremely quiet, which I appreciate, and the neighbors are friendly. If you are moving to the area, definitely check this place out!

Floor plans are great, but ever since new management has taken over, they keep taking away amenities and then replace them with services you have to pay for. *Big example*: we have trash chutes in every building. They told us to stop using them bc there was a safety issue. Just got an email that for a mere $10 a week, I can get trash pickup to my door. They're doing this with all kinds of things. You're better off going to an apartment complex that actually cares about you as a resident and doesn't think up new ways to squeeze you for money.

The plus-side of living in Huntington Green Apartments begins with the remarkable office staff, Judy McElhaney in particular. Her outgoing personality, delightful sense of humor, and her remarkably thoughtful approach to the tenant’s interests and needs make for an on-boarding experience unlike any I’ve experienced. The apartment that I had selected was immaculate when I moved in—new flooring, fresh paint, and sparkling clean throughout. Thanks to the maintenance and cleaning crew for their remarkable work, and to Judy for making some of that happen in a short time. On top of it all was being handed a thoughtfully-put-together, and fun, welcome basket, featuring several must-haves for a first day in a new place (e.g., soap, paper towels, dish liquid, laundry essentials, a shower liner,

I enjoyed living here for two years. I felt very safe and maintenance requests were filled very quickly. The hallway updates that they did to the building were a great addition. I just wished there were more amenities. Overall, the leasing staff was great, I felt safe, but I just was hoping for a more updated building.
