The new property manager Heather is so amazing, when she's says she will take care of something she means it. She was able to get all my maintenance requests completed the same day, which was never the case before. My work orders would just get completed with out anyone even coming to my apartment. She went the extra mile to even call after to check that everything was completed and to make sure I was happy with services! I will be renewing my lease for sure now knowing she is here getting things done! Heather is very professional yet caring and it shows! Welcome to Huntington Glen Heather we are happy your here!

I am truly impressed with the new property manager Heather, me and my sister have lived here almost a year and she went above and beyond to make sure our issues & concerns got taken care of. Even calling us to confirm everything got taken care of after maintenance finished. Im glad they have someone who genuinely cares for their residents! We were planning on moving at the end of our lease but not anymore we are looking forward to renewing our lease.

Spoke with Silvia through the application process. She was nice and helpful until I applied, then I never heard back from her. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone, call back, email back, text back….nothing. My application still says it’s processing online and it’s been almost THREE WEEKS. Very unprofessional. I don’t even know if I was approved or denied… they just took my application money and NEVER responded

So ghetto, on top of the five violations on the door, I still went through because of Leasing agent was so nice and convinced me to go through the application. Toured me through model, even showed me the apartment I will be in was getting renovated. after I complete the whole application and my last step was moving in, They mislead me, scammed me and just switched management without no warning just took my money and now I can’t even move in.. everything I did just went to waste very devastating. I’m supposed to move next week. I explained to the new management Everything they had no sympathy whatsoever and told me sorry for the inconveniences but they wasn’t leasing any apartments nor refunding. Wasted days of my time I can never get back :(

1. They rushed me into an apt a month and two weeks before we had set but i trusted the girl she seemed really nice. I was given a roach infested apartment that they didn’t even bother to clean 8 months pregnant. Maintenance didn’t even bother sweeping up there mess. I wish i had taken more pictures. 2. In whilst rushing me they failed to inform me of mandatory renters insurance where I was made to pay 105.95 when the fee is 50 dollars but they failed to let me know I had already been issued a fee 3 days into having signing the apartment lease I had yet to move into 3. I moved in on my mom’s recommendation they had told her promotion wise you get 500 dollars. I had her written on the application. They said they would not honor it because it was on paper. 4.
