My wife and I moved here back in 2018. We've been through every stage of ownership, change of 4 different property managers. We feel strongly that this current regime is 10x of what it used to be. Kaitlyn, Bri, and staff including all the maintenance personnel like Taylor, Jorge, Gerson, have been very helpful. This team does the best with what resources they have. For sure I can say if it truly an issue. It will be handled in the best way possible. Exceptional service. #building1

We love our maintenance crew! It seems like emergencies happen at my house only after hours and on the weekends. EVERYTIME I have had to call, help was in the way promptly. Taylor especially has been amazing at quickly resolving our problems.

Very friendly overall and very accommodating to some issues I had on my move in date. Already loving here so far after the first day of moving in, seeing so many people outside at the turf field having fun with their kids is an amazing sight to see. My elderly cat also loves looking outside and she is enjoying this to her fullest! (Sorry for the bad quality pics) (Update after being here for a few days) Submitted 2 tickets at night for some issues in my apartment with a door locking (not the main door, bedroom door) and also because my shower faucet was letting water out when it was redirected to the shower head, not even a full 24 hours goes by and I get notified they came and did the repairs. Amazing honestly, everything was good to go after I checked and it looks as if he wasn’t even

Antonia has been such a pleasure. She was the person that helped with my tour and get me Moved in. Recently I had a small issue and she was so helpful to me. She is very approachable and professional. She is the only person I go to in the office. Living here has been great I don’t have any issue. Definitely renewing. I toured Huntington Gateway and had a genuinely bad experience overall. What makes it even more disappointing is that things started off very positively. There was a woman, who name I do mot recall, that helped me schedule my appointment and walked me to the leasing area when I arrived. She was extremely pleasant, warm, and helpful, and because of her, I was actually excited and looking forward to the tour. Property management should definitely consider adding her to the leasing team. Unfortunately, the moment I encountered Antonia, the tone changed completely. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, yet she barely looked up from her laptop and made me feel as if I was interrupting or disturbing her by simply showing up.
