Bringing noise, litter, unsafe driving, personal property tax evasion and illegal parking chaos to the aforementioned "peaceful neighborhood". The occasional gunfire is a bonus.
There is no light in the hallway, building 2819 somebody can fall down the stairs. Emergency lights don't work. We all pay rent, at least make it work!!!!!!
Here is a beautiful and calm place for living and also safety.
