Do NOT rent here if you value your health or sanity. See pictures. When we moved in 2019, this was a decent complex. BH management took over and it has become a complete slum. Check into them. BH Management and Harold Bookey (CEO) are slum lords and their reputation precedes them. Not long after BH took over an upstairs tenant refused to balance her laundry while leaving for work. Complaints were made and ignored! Within a week 501 & 502 were fully flooded. 501 worse than 503. 501 lost pretty much EVERYTHING. Not once did they even walk into my apartment but workers saw me using a squeegee. They also refused to repair the pipes. 4 more floods and countless “puddles” later they finally started calling flooding people and putting in fans on the big floods. The result. Ceilings

I been living there for one year I have had multiple issues with cock roaches and other outside bugs coming into the apartment. I have complained and told the front office. I only seen pest control once or twice the whole year. I also told the front desk that I was moving out and not staying 3 months prior to the move out date requirement which for them is only 60days I was told by a lady at the front desk who recently don’t work there anymore that I should get something in my email that I fill out to move out so that way I’m not paying a fee for not telling them on time. From there she said it’s gonna take 2 weeks she said be checking your email because as of right now it’s to early. So for the next month I been checking my email I didn’t receive nothing. I lived there for three years and consistently had things mysteriously stolen from my apartment. I also had my refrigerator replaced with one filled with roaches that infested my home. On more than one occasion, the garbage disposal backed up and once the debris flew into my face when I used it. If you're away, management doesn't hesitate to change your locks and confiscate your mail from your mailbox and change the lock on that as well. The carpet was full of white powder and the bathtub in the large bedroom never worked properly. The air conditioner malfunctioned every summer and was finally replaced the third year, then the thermostat was tampered with. There's no way to keep the maintenance crew out of your house. You have to carry or drive your garbage down the street to a dumpster.

I currently live here at this apartment complex and I am VERY unsatisfied. You are paying a lot of extra money for things you don’t even use suck as out side light, that barley work might I add, grills and playground that’s been there since they build the complex. Spiders/ thick webs everywhere, wasps nest are huge in breeze way area. The buildings themselves are just dirty. The gate does not open from inside unless you’re in a car. The washer and dryers are out of date, nasty and barely work and then there are only 4 each for the entire apartment complex. The ROACHES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. No matter how clean you are they raid your area. Stove is out of date. Carpet in 2025 is nasty!!! Balconies are rusted and green/brown mold everywhere. It's quiet and well maintained. The maintenance crew is really good, Especially Daryl. Very kind and personable and he's fantastic but he's leery of cats. It's a great place to live. I thought the two maintenance guys they had before were good but they were no where near as good as the guy's that replaced them. This place is quiet and family oriented. They do have issues with water leaking into the storage rooms though but they fixed it promptly. They don't have any rat infestations that I've ever heard of like one previous tenant said in their review. It's the best apartments I've ever lived in.
