SLUMLORD, and not allowed to complain about ppl damaging vehicle,or loud disrespectful neighbors. I was told not to complain anymore and nothing was ever done. Black mold around windows because dont seal,sheet of ice inside kitchen window. Use hairdryer to unthaw bedroom window, said fixed gap in front door just made it worse. Cock roaches in certain units and i seen only like 6 in my apartment in 4yrs. LOOK ELSEWHERE! AND ARE NOT INCOME BASED!

I was only there for 2 weeks. Place is infested with bedbugs. We stayed at hotels and with friends refusing to sleep there. One day I went back to apartment and found cockroaches. Completely disgusted. The place is a dump! A few neighbors I talked too told me the place was infested badly with the previous tenants. I had to leave all my things there, which cost me a lot of money to buy. Furniture was brand new, was delivered there the day after I moved in, and now ruined! The manager is nothing but a liar. She blames me for bringing them in and also Raymour and flanigan! Luckily I could break the lease. Good luck to anyone who even thinks about getting a place there. Lots of money wasted and lots of hotels fees awaiting to be paid back. Apartment E8.

Place really isn't that bad at all. It's quiet everyone seems cool and there's always kids running around. Definitely a decent place to live. Not sure what all these other reviews are talking about

They don't like to fix anything. You can't even swear in your apartment without the manager who thinks she knows everything saying something. I currently live there and am trying to find something else ASAP. She didn't like what I had to say to her last week and is now threatening to evict me if I don't fix two windows that got broken which I said I would next month since I'm on a fixed income but funny I got a letter yesterday put in my mailbox saying I have 5 day's to fix them or court proceedings will begin. I knew she was going to try retaliating and she did. My water bill is over 1400 because my toilet was leaking almost 4 months and never did they come to do anything about it until they were ready. I lived there for 9 months and it made me sick with anxiety. My mail was stolen alot, the front doors where so cheap all you needed was a card to break in, the apartment was freshly pained and cleancarpets so can't complain about that but the whole area was full of horrible people who just wanted to steal or start a fight with you. It's cheap rent however for peace of mind seriously look elsewhere.
