Customer Reviews
I lived in this apartment complex for 3 years. I gave them one star because of the time and effort that I spend to get my pre-paid rent back is very time consuming and have to talk to corporate accountant to get things figure out. Pros: This neighborhood is wonderful, very clean area, crime free and friendly neighbors. There is tennis/pickleball court. Close to a lot of stores/restaurant on 119th. The location is the best. When I first move in, Oddo management is really good with responding to emergency, resident questions. Maintenance is super fast until Peak Management took over the whole thing turns upside down!! The room is very spacious. Have a lot of spaces, however the kitchen is very small though. Cons: 1. The complex is quite old so the winter time is terrible because the heate
I’ve had a great experience living here. The maintenance staff is outstanding! I submitted a maintenance request and they arrived within just a few hours. The repairs were completed the same day, which really impressed me. The management team is also very responsive. They consistently answer their phones, are friendly, and are always understanding when you have questions or concerns. That kind of communication makes a big difference. The apartment itself is spacious, especially the living room and bedroom. The hardwood flooring looks great, and having an in unit laundry is a huge plus. The fireplace in the living room adds a cozy, home like vibe that makes the space feel even more comfortable. It’s also very dog friendly, which was important to us. They allowed our German Shepherd, which
I wouldn't recommend moving here! Pros - The staff is very friendly, access to printer, safe area, close to grocery stores/schools, big living room with sunrise/sunset view, and amazing pool. Move-in/move-out was simple. Cons- The washer and dryer that are provided are small and don't work well. The insulation is poor quality, expect to pay insane prices for heating/cooling. If you plan to walk your dog, people often walk their dogs off-leash and don't pick up after themselves, goose poop is also everywhere. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors. Neighbors leave trash in walkways, it always smells like trash right after walking in the airlock. After a strong storm, we had a leak and visible water damage - after waiting all day for someone to look at it, they just painted over i
Before renting at this property, I strongly encourage prospective tenants to carefully review all terms and fine print. I discovered an unexpected $8.95 monthly charge for “Homebody Rent Reporting” and visited the leasing office after my emails went unanswered to ask why I had been automatically enrolled in a service I did not request. I was informed that the charge was included in my lease renewal. Due to significant medical limitations following two unsuccessful knee surgeries, I had recently renewed my lease and was unable to relocate. The renewal consisted of an extensive document that I was required to sign electronically, even while present in the leasing office. When I questioned whether additional charges could be added without explicit consent, I was repeatedly told that the fee
Touring Hunter’s Pointe with Sam sold me immediately. I chose the Pointe Loft and love the upstairs/downstairs layout, it’s perfect for remote work. My building has a unique pond view (not technically lakeview, but still great), and Wine Down Wednesday was a fun way to meet the office staff and neighbors. The geese add some entertainment. I was hesitant at first because of some negative reviews, but the location is ideal for me and the new management team has clearly been making changes. Sam, Jerrold, Ron, and Jamie are friendly, approachable, and it shows they’re actively fixing issues left behind by prior management. This is my first apartment, and the guarantor program made it possible since I’m a first-time renter. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and I like being able to subm
