These apartments were awful to live at. We spent 4 years here due to money, and wish we hadn't. The first 2 years were were riddled with issues like a leaking roof, a/c breaking multiple times, and the a/c leaking down to the 1st floor apartment. During this time, there was no consistent office workers or maintenance. Eventually, they hired a new maintenance man who was helpful and didn't brush off our concerns, but he can't do it all. Then they finally invested in a new roof after over a year of maintenance requests and patch ups. Other than that I've only seen them make renovations to the paint. After 2 years, the area changed. It has been flooded with men who believe their only job is to sit outside staring at women and their phones all day. There were also many times were a group of yo

Do not move here! My AC has been broken for over four months, and they seem no closer to fixing it than when it all began. The communication is painfully terrible. Every day I call, desperate for updates, only to have to reexplain everything because they never remember or provide any real information. I've been told it's normal for my apartment to stay above 86 degrees, and I've been told it's fixed even when it's swelteringly hot inside. They just don't care. I'm exhausted by this continuous neglect. I'm so tired of this.

Since July 22, my AC has not been cooling and has been leaking water. I submitted an emergency work order right away, but nothing has been done to fix it. I have gone to the leasing office in person several times, and each time they tell me they are “waiting for parts.” It’s now been weeks, and it’s clear they are not being honest. I don’t know where these parts come from, sometimes I order things from my own country Afghanistan and I get it within 8-10 days, Because of the heat, I’ve had to take my family to friends’ and relatives’ houses just to be comfortable. The maintenance system here is extremely poor. If an emergency work order takes this long, I can only imagine how long a regular request would take. The management seems to care only about rent payments, not about the residents’

If you value your health and safety, do not lease here. The air conditioning system is completely unreliable it only works for a couple of days before breaking down again. Management’s solution? Sleep with the windows open in an area with documented criminal activity. Two weeks ago, I personally witnessed a man fondling himself near the washroom area. I reported it immediately to the management. To date, there has been no action, no investigation, and no communication about safety measures. The management staff is completely unresponsive and unprofessional: Sarah avoids speaking altogether. Hazel is unable to provide any clear answers. Melissa listens but takes no follow-up action. I have already contacted code compliance and the Attorney General’s office regarding my rights as a ten

This office worker woman was illegally taking advantage of a tenant who did not understand English. At first, someone came to rent the house. A person who was outside of the United States gave his email address for the purpose of signing the lease. The worker told him, “We cannot send it by email; he must be physically present here.” Then the tenant said, “Okay, remove him from the lease.” She replied, “That also cannot be done.” The tenant then asked, “Is there any other way? What if I call him in front of you, and he gives me permission to sign for him?” She said, “No, that is not possible either.” So the tenant asked, “Then what should we do?” The worker replied, “You must pay ten dollars every day until he arrives.” This was her excuse, which was not a valid or legal reason. That’s
