We recently moved in and, so far, it’s been a positive experience. Our unit seems chill, the apartment is largely without issue, and the transition has been smooth, helped in no small part by the staff, who have all been incredibly kind and patient. I’d specifically like to recognize Peter, who was critical in helping us secure a home during what has proved to be a very difficult period for us. Without him, I don’t know where we would have landed. Peter has easily been the most reliable person I’ve dealt with across any community I’ve reached out to over the last few months, and despite my endless calls and questions, he was always able to get the information I needed and never once made me feel like I was a nuisance. Please don’t believe the pictures there may be a few homes that look like that but most don’t I used to live it here it’s an older complex but the last few years it has gone downhill wish I could afford to move, but unfortunately it’s Austin so I guess I get what I pay for which is really unfair because I am paying almost 1100 a month the amenities do not look like that. The pools are always dirty. The gym is barely a closet the office staff although sometimes nice are mostly fake and just doing the job. They’re told to do corporate never responds so it doesn’t matter. I wish we had Some kind of way to file complaints and things get done anyway if you can live somewhere else do it

Went in for a tour one day, rent prices were then increased $200/month for the most basic 2 bed/1 bath apartment the next day. Excuses excuses, "rates are set by some third party group." What? Yea, yea I hear you- make it make sense.... Meanwhile sickness and fatigue are standardized in management. Such a disgrace to see what is the "rental industry."

Peter, Denise, and Raven were excellent. Amazing location for a great price, maintenance issues are handled promptly, and the complex is quiet and close to everything you'd need.

My partner just moved into this complex and I'm absolutely APPAULED by the state of this place. As soon as we got the keys and opened the door it smelled like the last tenant ran an Indian restaurant out of the place. As we entered, we noticed how terrible the cleaning crew did. Baseboards are disgusting, there's pubic hair on the toilet, theres dead roaches on the carpet and live roaches climbing on the walls and under sinks. There's signs of mold and water damage that was just painted over. There's literally black mold above the shower. It's absolutely abhorrent.
