Hunter's Chase Apartments

This place is expensive and not worth the money. The floors in my renovated apartment are uneven and have large dents all throughout the apartment. There are dried paint runs all over the apartment. The toilets in this renovated apartment look like they were stolen from the local preschool and when I asked them to replace them I had to pay $275 for it to happen We are also made to pay $25 for a trash service that simply puts the trash in the dumpster that is constantly full and inoperable. We currently have a giant pile of trash OUTSIDE of the dumpster. This is not what I expected to be the case when paying for a "luxury" apartment.

I’ve lived here for over two years and have been a low-maintenance, responsible tenant with no major issues. I travel for work once or twice a week, which previous management and maintenance teams understood and accommodated. This review is not about the feee, It’s about the missed opportunity to show care for residents and offer a solution. Valet trash is a mandatory service with no option to opt out, yet when I explained my work travel and long-term tenant history, management chose rigid policy enforcement with zero flexibility. There was no attempt to problem-solve, no alternative offered, and no consideration given, just “policy is policy.” When residents are required to use a service, there should also be reasonable accommodations when conflicts arise. We have lived here about 7 hrs. We have had issues, but usually taken care of the same day. The office staff and maintenance guys are always friendly and polite. . I do not know the other maintenance guys, but Matt is terrific. He knows his stuff. We enjoy living here. I t is quiet, and the neighbors in our building are great

Very disappointed, the staff won’t do anything about hazardous dead tree branches hanging down over parking spaces after being informed four times. There is dog poop littered all over the sidewalks, kids that don’t live here come to the community areas and leave trash everywhere, there is constantly trash all over the complex, crap is piled up around the dumpster on a constant basis. They just got a few new office employees yet things seem to have gone down hill fast since. Definitely not the same place I moved in to.

If you rent an apartment you can expect issues .The key is how they are responded too. I have lived here through all the turnover of ownership with no real problem. Actually the current office staff is great.Matt from maintenance is Great to deal with so yep 5 stars I don't blow smoke if I think it I say it.
