I've been part of this community for more than five years and was even a part of the Board here from late 2022 to late 2024. The park inside the co-op is largely grassy, relaxing, and it's taken care of by hired individuals. Bobby, the super, and the other "janitors" here are somewhat helpful and can tell you whether they can fix things or it requires additional payment in order to be completed. I was out of the country recently until I was hit by a vehicle while crossing the street and spent 5-6 months in the hospitals with TBI. I missed maintenance payments because I was stuck in the hospitals and somewhat unconscious. I accrued like $300 in late payment charges which was ridiculous because they also had my parents' number and never called them to let them know of missed payments proba
