My experience with the HUNT advisor was 5 stars The House Inspector used by the company is 1 star Here's what happened: When I walked the house before inspection I saw a crack in the plaster in the corner of the living room wall (between the side of a window and an interior wall). The inspection was done during the workday, so I could only show up at the end of it. The inspector, of Specsure Property Inspections, did his walkthrough and when I got to the house, he showed me the corner of the wall and using his moisture detection tool stated that the plaster crack was from water damage. He assured me the damage was localized to the corner of the wall, and that the damage was not due to an internal leak, that it was only a window issue. I worked with Carolyn Alessi from this branch. Carolyn has been my realtor for two sales now, and I would never think to use someone else. She sold me my first house in 2014 and I thought she was great. Then, in 2023 when I was ready to sell my house and then buy a condo, I only ever planned to call her to help me again. Carolyn is a pleasure to work with, she is helpful, responsive and very knowledgeable. She will point out things to look for in houses that I wouldn't think to notice and gives me much needed advice. Our agent was Kelly Limina. We loved her, she is very friendly. She showed us home after home until we found the perfect home for our family. She walked us through every step. It was always easy to get in touch with her. We are very happy. Now almost 2 years later I realized she was a horrible agent. She didn't fight for anything for us. I would not reccomend her.
