Michael Durant was our realtor in Camillus for the sale of our home. Everything went smoothly and we closed quickly and successfully thanks to Michael's expertise. There isn't another agent I would recommend in the CNY area.

Mr. Hal Travis cornered me into signing a home buyers' agreement. He then he failed to close on a house I was interested in purchasing, made an offer on, agreed to a counter offer on. He then threatened to sue me if I used another real estate agent to purchase my home. Then he refuses to return emails requesting out of our contract due to poor performance.

Sally Mather at hunt was our faithful realtor for almost the past Year. We randomly (SO LUCKILY) got paired with her on Zillow and she was so so patient with us as we were picky and unwilling to pay over what we thought things were worth. She was so patient!! She made us feel valued and never pressured at all and now here we are closing on a house at a fair price (in this market!!!) 🥰🥰 so so grateful to Sally

Is this how real estate works? I went online to schedule a viewing of a house, right around the corner from me. I answered questions online. A realtor called and said, "It's a buyer's market. She can't schedule a showing with me because, it would take away a viewing slot for someone ready to buy now. She told me to contact them when I'm ready to purchase, then I can view some houses. She also was abrupt, the conversation was easily under four minutes. Definitely not the realtor experience I expected, as a first time home owner.

Hunt has answered my random questions for years. I finally get to a purchase and they can't really help being the bank owned it. Yet they went above and beyond to make sure that I was on the right track and fed me loads of information. Thank you Janice Egan for you continued support.
