Sara Kieffer was the seller’s agent and we are the parents of the Buyers. During the final walkthrough, there was an issue with a component in the house and when contacted, Sara insisted the buyers did something wrong. She let it be known that she was inconvenienced and her night was now ruined. The seller resolved the issue and provided a work order in addition to the faulty component. The work order stated that the component was faulty therefore, THE BUYERS DID NOTHING WRONG OR BROKE ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE DURING THE FINAL WALKTHROUGH. Sara was unprofessional, a bully and made a time that should have been exciting, full of stress. I will never recommend Sara Kieffer in the future.
Sarah Kieffer is a true professional. I would never work with anyone else when it comes to selling or purchasing a home. She is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and overall just easy to work with.
